EXACT NAMES CEO; FINALLY

Erik van der Meijden, ExactExact, which has been looking for a permanent leader for 18 months, has named Erik van der Meijden as its chief executive officer. Van der Meijden, who held several executive positions with HP, was CEO of Getronics until May 2011. He replaces Max Timmer who had been interim CEO since July 2011.
From August 2010 until Timmer took over, Martijn Janmaat held the job on an interim position and company had not had a permanent CEO since Raj Patel left in July 2010 after his five-year contract expired. Timmer, who has been CFO since April 2010, is resigning as a member of the board of managing directors on April 26. Exact markets the Macola, Progression and Synergy lines. After Patel left, Janmaat spent his time trying to improve the product arsenal, which he said had been allowed to age and not gracefully. In general, he put the work done during Patel's tenure in a negative light during which the company had lost customers and failed to plan, without mentioning Patel by name.
