DYNAMICS CRM INFO HUB OPENS
Microsoft has opened a Dynamics CRM information hub on PartnerSource. The area provides information on Dynamics CRM and operations and includes the following sections: Partner of Record Designation, Claim CSA Fees, CRM Online Subscriptions, Pricing & Licensing, Readiness & Training, and Support.
That follows last month’s establishment of a Dynamics CRM Online Trust Center, which provides information about privacy and security practices for CRM Online. However, the first feature on the page is a button that leads to a sign up for a 30-trial of CRM Online so the info part of this section seems a little less what the page is really about. The page includes a promise that data will not be used in advertising and that customers know where data centers are located.
