PSI GETS SECOND SAGE EAGLE AWARD
Reseller Professional Software has received the Sage Eagle Award for the second straight year. Based in Wichita, Kan., the firm received the honor for delivering high levels of customer experience based on renewal rates and net promoter scores. PSI carries Sage 100 and JobOps.
The Customer Excellence Award went to four organizations: Gold Coast Advisors, a Chicago-based CRM consulting business; Infoman, a Sage 300 VAR in the Seattle area; Pyramid Consulting, another Sage 300 dealer in Hempstead, N.Y.; and Knoxville-based Tennessee Software Solutions, which handles Sage 50 and 100. Sage gave the Community Service Award to Blytheco and Bredet Services while the Spirit award went Azamba Consulting Group, Phase One Computing Services and Plus Computer Solutions.
