EPICOR LINKS WITH TOUR DE FORCE
Epicor Software has struck a deal with Tour de Force CRM to provide CRM and sales force automation capabilities to wholesale distributors. Under the agreement, Tour de Force CRM is being integrated with Epicor’s Prophet 21 Eclipse and Prelude applications.
While Epicor provides CRM and SFA to users of those packages, the company said the deal will bring advanced features in the areas of appointment and expense tracking, event marketing and project management. Tour de Force is written for distributors, which comprise 80 percent of its user base. Tour de Force is based in Findlay, Ohio.
