SWK CLOSES $650K X3 DEAL
SWK Technologies has closed a more than $650,000 deal for Sage's X3 package. The win was announced by SilverSun Technologies, parent of the Livingston, N.J.-based Sage reseller. The deal was described as involving software and consulting services and the customer was described as a specialty chemical distributor headquartered in the Midwest.
I assume the reason this much information was released is that SilverSun is publicly held and the amount was material to results. With the purchase of the Hightower assets and the pending acquisition of ISM that materiality threshold will rise significantly. SWK had $10.5 million in revenue for the last year, but should be around a $20 million-a-year run rate with the two deals under its belt and the impact of X3 sales.
