INFOR NAMES IBM VETERAN AS CFO Featured

Nicole Anasenes, InforInfor has named IBM veteran Nicole Anasenes as its new chief financial officer. She was mostly recently VP and chief financial officer of IBM's Software Middleware Group business unit. Before that she was   CFO of IBM's Cloud business unit was also director of emerging markets  for IBM's Global Technology Services organization. With her hiring, Infor touted the fact that four members of its leadership team are women – that's four out of 12.

The other three are COO Pam Murphy, SVP of global support Marylon McGinnis, and SVP of global license management and maintenance Mary Trick. Earlier this year, Infor began the internal program the Women's Infor Network, a career development program with strategic emphasis on growing female talent within the company. Anasenes replaced Kevin Samuelson, who was named in November 2011, after working for Infor since 2002 with a job as SVP of M&A. Samuelson resigned in March and an Infor SEC filing says this was a real resignation, not the kind we usually see at this level. He was retained through February 15 this year to help in the transition. He became COO of Backcountry, apparently in March, although Backcountry has no announcement of his hiring on its web site
