UXC PLANS M&A HERE Featured

UXC UXC became a force in the North American reselling channel by buying Tectura in December. In a presentation this month at the Merrill Lynch Emerging Stars Conference, the company says it will make more acquisitions after running the business here for six to 12 months. That's sort of, well, now. The company, which folded Tectura into UXC Eclipse, says the integration went well and is complete. UXC has strong expectations for the Dynamics market, which it said is performing according to plan, and expects to increase the company to more than roughly $88 million ($100 million in Australian dollars).

That is about a 43-percent increase from the current level. The Australian-company also told investors that, "Growth prospects in this region exceed those available to us domestically." UXC had 241 employees on this continent when its year ended on June 30, up from 71 employees at the end of the prior year because of the Tectura deal. Of its 2,780 employees at the end of fiscal 2014, 2,288 are in Australia. That reflects staff in other units while the American total is largely in the ERP space. UXC had $565 million in revenue for the year, but breaks down revenue by activities, such as consulting and infrastructure, not by subsidiary. However, it calls itself the global leader in Dynamics.
