MightyCall, a sister company to Acumatica, is offering resellers 20-percent commissions on customers referred to the company. MightyCall markets contact center products designed to ensure telephone calls are answered, says marketing officer and managing director Stijn Hendrikse. Hendrikse, who moved to MightyCall from Acumatica in May, says the software routes calls to devices the user selects. It also presents a business number to those receiving voice or text message so the customer does not see an employee’s personal number.
