Expensify has raised about $65.5 million in proceeds an initial public offering this week. The total offering was for 11,190,392 at $27 per share but only 2,608,696 shares were offered by the company with the rest sold by shareholders.

QUISITIVE PAYING $51.5M FOR CATAPULT

Dynamics reseller Quisitive Technology Solutions has reached an agreement to pay $51.51 million in cash for Austin, Texas-based Catapult Systems. Toronto, Ont.-based Quisitive says the deal brings its annual run-rate to more than $160 million.

AVIDXCHANGE REVS RISE 36.6 PERCENT

Newly public AvidXchange nearly doubled its loss on a 36.5-percent rise in revenue for the third quarter ended September 30. The payments company posted a loss of $35.5 million for the most recently ended quarter, up from $17.9 million in red ink a year ago.
