Rootstock Software has hired Per Norling as general manager, international. Norling will oversee the company’s operations in EMEA and APAC and along sales, customer success and support, and recruiting channel implementation partners.

Deltek will hit the road this year to show technology trends and best practices to architects and engineering firms. The company did not list all the cities that will be the scene of sessions, but said they will include New York City, N.Y., Seattle, Wash., and Chicago, Ill.
