Rootstock Software has introduced what it calls its Low-Code Business Driven Cloud ERP. Rootstock, built on the Salesforce platform, utilizes the latter’s Lightning user interface configure screens, process flows and apps.

The company also introduced mobile applications in areas such as sales orders, work orders, purchasing, receiving, and inventory management. Rootstock also utilizes  Salesforce dashboards, reports and Einstein Analytics and users can drag-and-drop data visualizations and analytics into a Rootstock ERP Lightning app by taking advantage of the Lightning user experience. In the area of predictive analytics, the system takes advantage of Einstein Discovery with Einstein Next Best Action to recommend actions to users. “Citizen developers” can also embed AI into ERP operations, Rootstock said. Process flows and be represented visually and the ability to view steps and logic help document the process for auditors. Users can enhance standard Rootstock flows or create their own. The incorporation of the Salesforce Community Builder can share information across ERP and CRM for members of communities such as  suppliers, customers, distributors or other trading partners.
