NEW MIP HELPS DETECT FRAUD

AbilaThe latest version of Abila’s MIP Fund Accounting application helps organizations detect fraud through the addition of a number of enhancements. MIP 2014.6 features Alerts to keep organizations informed about activity within the application, including suspicious activity or key changes. The system can be set up so that terminated employees immediately lose access to MIP functions, including transactions and reporting.

The software provides visibility to specific user and vendor relationships for internal investigation and audit purposes. Moreover, the latest version prevents users who should not have access, from being able to view actual account numbers. Also custom payroll vouchers in email format provide a full digital trail to track where payroll information is sent and the organization can choose to have users be forced to change their passwords at specific times or time intervals.
