EDGEWATER IN STOCK BUY

edgewater logoEarlier this month, Edgewater Technology, which owns Dynamics reseller Fullscope, extended a stock purchase program and added to the amount it could buy.  The original cap on purchasing was $8.5 million in share which had been acquired by September 9.
The extension added another $5 million in shares that the company can buy. Directors had also authorized an extension to September 21. The program was originally announced in December 2007. We should probably stop talking exclusively about Fullscope and call it Edgewater Fullscope. The name placement on the company’s web page suggests Edgewater is doing a Datsun to Mitsubishi name flip and fade out. The Fullscope name, now a tagline under Edgewater, looks fainter than I remember from my last visit to the website.
