When Satya Nadella took over as Microsoft CEO in February, it was announced that Reller would leave in August. However, another journalist says she left in March. In any event, I checked her LinkedIn page almost every day after her looming departure was announced and the status was not updated. MICROSOFT'S RELLER JOINS OPTUM Featured
A press release that Tami Reller, Microsoft EVP and Great Plains Alum, has joined the board of directors of Avalara contained another nugget. It says that Reller is EVP and chief marketing officer at Optum, a health data and technology company, which is a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. A quick check of the Optum site shows no picture of Reller, yet, among the pictures of other EVPs and no announcement.
