Lynn K. Berman, who founded SWK Technologies, is leaving the company, in the usual words, to pursue other opportunities. Berman founded the Livingston, N.J.-based reseller in the 1980s and led it through its purchase by Trey Resources in 2004. SWK provides all of Trey’s revenue. Berman is winding up key projects and sales opportunities before her departure. SWK sells Sage's MAS 90/200/500 line and recently took on its high-end X3 manufacturing application.
