The Laval, Quebec-based organization was founded in 2004 and is a fairly typical VAR in that its web page says nothing about the people who run it. But a couple of Google searches show that André Paquet, VP of sales and marketing, is one of the co-owners. (Violating one of Taylor Macdonald's prime directives which is that VARs are selling themselves, not the product. But they seem to be doing well).
