Aktion Associates, a reselling and consulting firm based in Maumee, Ohio, has acquired Softcare Computer Consulting Co. Aktion says the deal makes it one of the largest Infor Wholesale Distribution Business Partners in the United States. All field sales and service personnel of Pittsburgh, Pa.-based SCCC have joined Aktion as of the end of February and both the Maumee and Pittsburgh offices will be maintained.
