Columbus IT Partner has declined to consider a proposed acquisition of the company, a Microsoft Dynamics reseller based in Denmark, by EG Holding. The offer was made on the condition that shareholders holding at least 90 percent of the stock in Columbus IT accept the offer. However, Consolidated Holdings, which controls about 34 percent of the Columbus IT shares, has informed the company that it is not willing to sell its shares under the terms offered.
