Quisitive Technology Solutions is raising about $8 million (U.S.) in a sale of securities to a group of Canadian underwriters. The Toronto, Ont.-based company expects the deal will close this week.

Cloud software vendor Tangicloud Technologies has developed its nonprofit application for Dynamics Business Central. Tangicloud Fundamentals has been developed on top of the Microsoft cloud application.

Epicor Software has partnered with ETQ to provide quality management solutions as part of its software platform. Epicor QMS powered by ETQ Reliance was described this week as “an integrated QMS + ERP solution that brings comprehensive and flexible end-to-end capabilities to mid-market organizations”.
