Intuit will chuck about 10 percent of its workforce as it pivots to greater investment in AI. The total is 1,800 employes with the software company also planning to cut 10 percent of employees with jobs of director or higher.

 ERP software company Infor has acquired two companies, Albanero and Acumen. It has been some time since Infor, which was very active in M&A, has announced any deals.

Evergreen Services Group continued on its buying path in the mid-market this month with the acquisition of EthosSystems.
