Dexter + Chaney has integrated its Spectrum Construction Software with ProCore Technologies. D+C. Spectrum's bi-directional integration with the cloud-based construction management software is designed to share data between the two systems while keeping specific processes and operations independent.

Crestwood Associates was named Acumatica Partner of the Year for 2016 at the cloud software vendor's recent Summit conference. The Mount Pleasant, Ill.-based reseller received the award based on combined deal count and sales revenue for last year. Crestwood, led by partners Timothy Thompson and Brian McGuckin, reported revenue of $12.2 million in its submission for Bob Scott VAR Stars for 2016.

A shareholder group seeing to replace four shareholders on the board of directors of Edgewater Technology claims two of the company's leaders are "dead weight." In its SEC filings, Ancora Catalyst Funds applied that term to CEO Shirley Singleton and chief technology officer David Clancy.
