Microsoft will offer enterprise asset management within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The company said this week it has acquired rights to Dynaway’s Enterprise Asset Management, which will be available natively within the Dynamics product.

Zoho has introduced the next rendition of Zoho CRM Plus. The Pleasanton, Calif.-based CRM vendor also released Zoho Analytics, which now incorporates Zia, the company’s intelligent assistant.

KeyedIn has introduced an online assistant for its manufacture application. The Manufacturing Assistant is available with KeyedIn Manufacturing version 5.6.
