Xero is changing the titles of several senior executives.  The changes, noted in the biographies in a recent prospectus for a $300 million-note offering, are all additions to existing titles. That’s except for Kirsty Godfrey-Billby, chief accounting officer, who becomes CFO on October 1.

The fact that Infor issued 21 press releases on the first day of its Inforum conference this week indicates the broad product announcements made. No wonder CEO Charles Phillips’ keynote was preceded by a marching band and day before the event, Infor said it will be actively hiring.

Xero is issuing $300 million in notes aimed at providing funds for acquisitions. The online accounting software company this week said it expects about $324 million in proceeds from the offering which is expected to be completed October 4.
