The launch of Dynamics Business Central is drawing reseller enthusiasm. But the response seems to be as much about clearing up confusion in the Microsoft product naming system as anything about features.

SWK Technologies has acquired Fixed Asset Consulting of Eugene and Portland, Ore. The company has been led by CEO Angie Chase since March 2012. No terms were disclosed and Chase’s LinkedIn page shows she joined East Hanover, N.J.-based SWK in January.

CohnReznick has named Paul Ricci as global enterprise technology solutions leader. Ricci was previously managing director of NOI Strategies, a division of the accounting firm.
