Major updates have been made to Zoho One, a suite of cloud applications from Pleasanton, Calif.-based Zoho. The company said Zoho AI will soon combine information from multiple apps for user queries while the new Analytics will blend data from apps throughout the suite. 

FinancialForce.com has released its spring release, which make significant enhancements to its suite, including Billing Central. The suite features a new user interface offering greater configuration capabilities and utilizing Salesforce Lightning Components for a more personalized, self-service customer portal.

Tableau Software has introduced Tableau Prep, a data preparation product, which the company says features a direct visual experience for data preparation for customers. Prep is built around three coordinated views.
