WorkWise, which makes ERP and CRM software, has released OnContact CRM 10.6. Version 10.6 includes both application and workflow designers as well as a Knowledge Library.  It also has the ability to track questions through cases, as well as manage product alterations and enhancements.

The Sage Intacct product line is being broadened via integration of Sage People. The product moves correlate with the organizational move via which both Intacct and People have been put under newly named EVP Marc Linden, who has taken over the running of the Medium Segment Native Cloud Solutions unit (Intacct plus People).

Bill.com has entered the mid-market will new capabilities for its payment applications. Those include support for a centralized, PO-to-payment workflow; advanced customer support and expanded coverage for cross-border payments.

SugarCRM has introduced the Self-Service Portal, a feature of Sugar Serve. It enables customers to provided branded experiences for their customers for purposes such as finding information, tracking service cases and communicating with customer service agents.
