TAMLIN BUYS DOMINION SOFTWARE
Tamlin Software Developers has acquired Dominion Software Consulting of Brevard, N.C. Both companies are AccountMate resellers. Based in Dallas, Tamlin, whose clients are primarily manufacturers and distributors, sells the Tamlin Manufacturing Conductor Software.
CEO Linda Bryan said her company had grown on the West Coast by acquiring several AccountMate resellers and now is widening its presence in other areas. Dominion’s owners, Patty Sullivan and Mitchell Thorp, now employees of Tamlin, will stay with Tamlin through the summer of 2013. Dominion was founded as nTech, but adopted the Dominion name in 2002. The company moved to North Carolina from Medford Lakes, N.J., in 2011.
