
3CLogic, which offers cloud-based contact centers, has integrated its contact center software with
SugarCRM. The integration, 3CSugarCRM, links the open source CRM product with inbound, outbound and blended contact center applications. The system supports voice, chat, text, and social media interactions across the contact center within SugarCRM and also provides PCI compliance by eliminating the need store customer credit card information in SugarCRM or in the 3CLogic contact center platform. The 3CLogic centers are hosted on Amazon Web Services.
