CORKERY NAMED DELTEK CEO

Mike Corkery, DeltekActing CEO Mike Corkery has moved into the top Deltek job permanently. Corkery, the company's CFO, took on the interim role in December following the departure of Kevin Parker. Parker left after private equity investment firm, Thoma Bravo, purchased the project accounting software company for $1.1 billion and took it private. Corkery joined the company in January 2010. From November 2007 to February 2010, Corkery served in the roles of acting CEO, EVP and CFO at ICO Global Communications.

He was CFO of the Current Group from January 2006 through November 2007 and VP of operations finance at Nextel Communication from July 2002 through August 2005.
