INTACCT NABS $13.5M FUNDING

Intacct logoOnline software vendor Intacct has raised another $13.5 million in funding. The new round, the first since August 2010 when it raised $3 million, comes from both venture capitalists and a line of credit from Silicon Valley Bank. Of that total raised, $7.5 million came from equity investments.

The latest round of venture funding was led by Split Rock Partners and had participation from existing investors, Bessemer Venture Partners, Emergence Capital, Sigma Partners and Sutter Hill Ventures. The company said funding would support product development and channel expansions. The bank provided a $6 million line of credit. Intacct also announced percentage increases in business for its first quarter ended September 30. My policy has always been if there are not dollar amounts associated with such announcements, I don't publish them.
