Moye started with Capgemini in January 2006 with that firm's acquisition of Adjoined Consulting, where he was a VP, and held his most recent position starting in January 2009. Moye was also a member of the board of directors of Capgemini North America so I'd say this is a pretty significant hire for Blackbaud. Government Solutions is an independent operating division of Capgemini. Moye starts on October 1 and will be based in Blackbaud's Austin, Texas, office.

BLACKBAUD NABS CAPGEMINI EXEC
Blackbaud has hired Joe Moye as president of its Enterprise Customer Business Unit. Moye, who has served as CEO of Capgemini Government Solutions, is replacing Gene Austin, president of the former Convio, who joined the nonprofit vendor when it purchased Convio in May.
