COLUMBUS HIRES ELDRIDGE AS SALES EVP Featured

Ken Eldridge, ColumbusDanish Dynamics reseller Columbus has hired industry veteran Ken Eldridge as sales EVP. Eldridge will be based in the company's Norwell, Mass., office and his hiring represents another move by Columbus to turn around its operations in this country. He was EVP and partner at Sopris Systems from January 2013 until taking the new job and was VP of sales and marketing for New York-based Queue Associates from November 2011 to November 2012.

Before that, he was EVP for SAP All in One for Navigator Business Solutions for slightly less than two years and was CEO for Crossroad Partner from 2005 through 2010. Those with some time in the field probably remember him more from his tenure at the former ePartners, where he was an SVP from January 1999 to January 2007. Columbus' operations in this country were weak last year, but the company promises to rebound. Its actions include acquiring Interdyn BMI in February and beefing up its executive ranks in the United States.
