Epicor is doing a pretty good job of talent acquisition—notably its hiring of Himanshu Palsule, former chief technology officer for Sage North America to the same role. It doesn't hurt in acquiring talent that the person running the company day-to-day, EVP Craig McCollum, had significant roles at both Sage and Microsoft.
