SUGARCRM EXPANDS CHANNEL PROGRAM

SugarCRM, which markets open source CRM software, has introduced the Open+ Partner Program, which the company said offers incentives and resources to its VARs. The new program includes market development services that the company said gives resellers access to SugarCRM expertise and resources for business planning, business development activities, event execution, market positioning and sales delivery.
Members also receive greater access to the company's Open Cloud platform and technology. There is also an element that rewards channel members for qualified lead referred to SugarCRM, along with streamlined lead generation, distribution of leads, and deal registration; as well as centralized marketing collateral.
