EXACT PICKS NEW DIVISION HEAD
Exact has name Marinus ter Laak as the managing director of its new Business Division. Ter Laak, currently SVP At IntraLinks, starts the new job on December 1. In the new position, he is responsible for managing products at large midsize and enterprise companies.
The Business Division is one of two primary entities created this year as part of a significant company reorganization and is responsible for desktop products such as Macola. It also has a unit, Specialized Solutions, which is responsible for a variety of products including the manufacturing applications JobBoss and Max. The other major division is Cloud Solutions. Ter Laak was hired as VP of northern EMEA sales in November 2011 by IntraLinks, which markets what it describes as inter-enterprise content management and collaboration products. Before joining InterLinks, ter Laak held several executive positions at SAP.
