The email templates offer a drag-and-drop editor and users can upload and store images and manage distribution lists created in The Raiser's Edge. The dashboard can provide views of statistics such as page views, conversion rates and average donations. Users can also compare two or more forms or emails to determine which performed better. Integration with the desktop fundraising package is accomplished by pulling and managing dynamic email lists with the ability to use "Merge Fields" to create personalized messages.

Blackbaud has released Blackbaud Online Express, a cloud-based tool for organizations that use its Raiser's Edge fundraising system. The Charleston, S.C.-based nonprofit software vendor bills the new SaaS product as mobile friendly and offering easy-to-building online donation forms and email marketing templates designed for nonprofits. Online Express works with such website management tools as Drupal and Joomla. Major features include the ability to create unlimited donation forms that can be transfer to users' websites by copying and pasting automatically-generated HTML code.
