New York City-based reseller Net@Work this month has started Women@Work, a program designed to promote growth through the attraction, retention and advancement of  current and future women leaders. Gayle Heskiel, VP of professional services is leading the initiative, which offers participants a mentorship program, a training series, and networking events.

Software vendor IFS has added two more executives to its roster. The company has hired Milena Roveda as CFO and Jane Keith as and chief people and culture officer.

Christian Pedersen, who once played a key role in Microsoft’s Dynamics business, has become chief product officer of IFS, an enterprise software company based in Sweden. Pedersen joins the company after holding the same position with SAP from January 2017 through August this year.

Dynamic Communities has opened registration for User Group Focus North America, which will be held next year in Houston, Texas. The event is described as a “deep-dive training conference” taught by technical and functional experts.
