Carol Rogne, DFC ConsultantsStoneridge Software has acquired DFC Consultants—both firms are Dynamics resellers. Terms were not disclosed. Based in Fargo, N.D., DFC employed 18 and had $3.5 million in revenue according to its submission for Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs for 2017.

Kathy Crusco, EpicorEpicor CFO Kathy Crusco has taken a job with the same title at Kony. Crusco’s LinkedIn profile shows she assumed the position with the Austin, Texas-based enterprise application company in December. No CFO is currently shown on management section of the Epicor website.
