TRIBRIDGE EXPECTS $180M REVS

INTUIT TO ACQUIRE TSHEETS

Matt Rissell, TSheetsIntuit will pay $340 million to buy TSheets, which markets Time Capture time tracking software. The deal is expected to close by January 31. Time Capture will become part of the product line of Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group.

Gordon Holfelder, AccuFundGordon Holfelder, who has been vice president since his company's founding, has become president of AccuFund. Holfelder replaced owner, Peter Stam, who is retiring in January. The nonprofit software company was founded in 2001.

Karl Lopker, QADManufacturing software Vendor QAD reported a loss of $161,000 for the third quarter ended October 31, compared to earnings of $1.5 million a year earlier.  Revenue increased to $76.9 million in the most recently ended period, a gain of 10.9 percent from $69.5 million a year earlier.

Patrick Smith, Cvent, formerly of DeltekDeltek has hired Perry Hardt as its chief marketing officer. Hardt, who reports to CEO Mike Corkery, was most recently VP of global marketing and demand generation where he had worked since July 2015.

Michael Praeger, AvidXchange Accounts payable software company AvidXchange has purchased Ariett Business Solutions. Based in Pembroke, Mass. Founded in 2005, Ariett markets cloud-based payment, procurement software, along with time and expense software and other applications.

Neil Williams, IntuitFour Intuit executives saw compensation decline for the year ended July 31. Leading the downturn was CEO Brad Smith whose take fell to $16.4 million, down 12.8 percent from $18.8 million for fiscal 2016.
