GILLIS JOINS DXC TECHNOLOGY Featured

Mike Gillis, DXC TechnologyMike Gillis, who headed reseller operations at two Hitachi units, has joined DXC Technology. Gillis became leader of DXC’s Microsoft business in America this month, according to his LinkedIn profile. DXC’s operation include the former Tribridge and UXC Eclipse.

Gillis founded Dynamics reseller Iteration2 and led it from January 2004 through April 2007 when it was purchased by Hitachi. He was SVP at Hitachi Consulting from April 2007 through March 2012 and then was president and global COO of the Business Solution Group for Hitachi Solutions Americas from April 2012 through July 2016. DXC was formed last year by the merger of Computer Sciences Corp. and the enterprise services segment of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. CSC purchased Australian based UXC fairly in 2016 and Tribridge last year, rolling UXC Eclipse together with Tribridge. This year, DXC acquired eBecs and Sable37.
