 STOCK AWARDS BOOST REPAY COMP Featured

Stock awards provided executives of Repay Holdings a huge boost in compensation for 2019. Repay, which has purchased a number of payment companies including American Payment Systems, provided the compensation informatoin for its named executives recently in a proxy filed with the SEC.

For the most recent year CEO John Morris had $10.9 million in compensation with $8.7 million of that coming from stock awards and slightly less than $1.7 million in bonus pay.  In 2018, Morris’s pay was $494,200. Similarly, the $4.9 million received by president Shaler Alias included a stock award of slightly than $3.9 million, along with a bonus of $1.2 million, compared to his 2018 pay of $442,200. Compensation for CFO Tim Murphy was $6.9 million, including a stock award of $5.2 million and a bonus of $1.2 million. He received $331,177 the prior year.
