NCOMPASS TOPS NETSUITE CHANNEL
Ncompass Business Solutions took home the award a Solution Provider of the Year, Worldwide at the NetSuite SuiteWorld conference. Ncompass has offices in Atlanta, Ga., and Charlotte, N.C. Bellevue, Wash.-based Explore Consulting took home the similar titled Solution Provider of the Year, Americas. The reseller winner in EMEA was First Hosted and in the APAC region it was JCurve Solutions. Celigo walked away with SuiteCloud Developer Network Partner of the Year honor and eBizNet Solutions was SuiteApp Partner of the Year.
The partner awards followed the Second Annual Hairball Awards, handed out by COO Jim McGeever to companies that replaced other packages with NetSuite. The favorite product to displace was Dynamics GP. The award takes its name from the concept of removing the “hairballs” of tangled code and systems of on-premise accounting software packages with NetSuite. ClearChoice got the award for most packages replaced for using NetSuite OneWorld to replace 92 instances of GP. The Best Global Deployment went to Groupon for its efforts to avoid “further expansion of Microsoft Dynamics GP hairball by embracing NetSuite OneWorld in new territories.” Groupon plans to launch the NetSuite product in 26 countries in less than three months.
