Also joining the channel of San Mateo, Calif.-based NetSuite is Faye Business Systems Group, a Sage VAR based in Woodland Hills, Calif.; BrainSell, a Topsfield, Mass-based reseller of Sage and Dynamics GP; and Adaptive Road of Minneapolis, Minn., whose website shows it carries only NetSuite. Faye and BrainSell also carry Sugar CRM and BrainSell has Salesforce, Sage, Infor, and Dynamics CRM and Act, While Sage has hosted applications, "It's still not the same as a browser based-cloud solution," said Net@Work Co-CEO Eddie Solomon. Solomon said NetSuite is performing well with professional services companies and ecommerce. Brainsell CEO Jim Ward said NetSuite's ability to provide software that does not need to integrate with other applications as it is all-in-one. Ward noted that his company, a first wave reseller of Acumatica, had dropped that product. "Nothing wrong with Acumatica but there's a sequence I believe that would make us more successful with product types," he said. About the biggest remaining Sage-only VAR left is DSD Systems of San Diego, Calif., and the way things are going with the Sage channel, well you know? Interesting thought: in the webcast for 2014 results and the first-quarter trading update, new CEO Stephen Kelley has not mentioned the channel
