SAP PICKS NORTH AMERICAN CFO Featured

Arlen Shenkman, SAP Arlen Shenkman has been named as CFO of SAP North America. He was previously global head of SAP corporate development from January 2012 until accepting the new assignment. Before stepping up to the SVP role in corporate development, he was VP in the same area from May 2004 through January 201. Shenkman fills the spot left vacant by Rouven Bergmann, who joined Medidata as CFO in April.

The company also recently appointed Claudio Muruzabal as president for SAP Latin America & the Caribbean. He takes over from Rodolpho Cardenuto, who became interim president. Cardenuto stays in his position as president of SAP's Global Partner Operations, which he assumed in May 2014. He stepped into the interim role following the departure of Diego Dzodan in October 2014. Dzodan, who was SVP of Latin America for Software AG from January through June, became VP of Latin American sales for Facebook last month.
