She is the second high-level Epicor executive to take a new job since the arrival of Steve Murphy as CEO in September. Former chief marketing officer Celia Fleishaker moved to a position with the same title at PROs in the Houston, Texas, area in early December. Crusco joined Activant in 2007 and then Epicor when the old Epicor and Activant were merged together in 2011 with most high-level jobs going to Activant executives. Crusco took on the added title of Epicor COO in September 2016. The latest changes were set in motion when Apax Partners sold its interest in the software company to KKR. There has been a bit of change all along as former CEO Pervez Qureshi, who had been Activant CEO, was bounced in September 2013. He was replaced by Joe Cowen, who retired just before Murphy was named.

Epicor CFO Kathy Crusco has taken a job with the same title at Kony. Crusco’s LinkedIn profile shows she assumed the position with the Austin, Texas-based enterprise application company in December. No CFO is currently shown on management section of the Epicor website.
