Mehok replaces Kathy Crusco, who had been CFO and COO under recently retired CEO Joe Cowan. She took a job as CFO at Kony in December. Mehok was previously CFO of Austin, Texas-based ClearResult from January 2015 to this month. Pich had a long stay at Oracle where he worked from February 2006 this month. He served as group VP for Oracle Consulting Cloud Sales North America. Chief marketing officer Celia Fleishaker left the company in December.
