Founded 2004, Tridea is said to have been the largest Dynamics CRM in LATAM (to use the lingo). The organization in Brazil  will function as Tridea by AlfaPeople. AlfaPeople also has offices in Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico. Its CEO, Michael Gaardboe, described the company as “a one-stop-shop for Dynamics AX and CRM.” The Chilean organization will have 55 people and operated solely under the new parents’ name. Protab was founded in 1998 and if my Spanish is correct has a reading of its entry on Microsoft Pinpoint shows it has155 engineers and a Tier 3 data center. (Okay, so it’s not that hard. The Spanish for Tier 3 data center is “un datacenter Tier 3”).
