NETSUITE ADDS THREE RESELLERS Featured

Paul Buck, Elegant Cloud SolutionsNetSuite has added three resellers to its channel, the company said this week. The most interesting of the three is Alternative Technology Solutions, which has been sued by Epicor.  ATS, based in Aliso Viejo, Calif., has offices in Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Indianapolis and Mexico. It serves manufacturers and distributors. The others are Elegant Cloud Solutions and Maximum Computer Systems.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., ECS was founded last year by Paul Buck, who is described as a veteran CFO with clients in western Canada in the oil and gas, software, Internet services and biotechnology industries, CS, based in Long Island, N.Y., says it will use NetSuite in its process focus for small and midmarket distribution and light manufacturing. The company, which has which has satellite offices in Dallas and Rhode Island, is also expanding retail, apparel, field services and the pet industry through the sale and implementation of NetSuite. ATS historically performed Epicor consulting services. However, that company is suing ATS and its execs and has obtained an injunction after claiming ATS illegally copied Epicor software and infringed on its intellectual property and copyrights.
