Deltek will offer the HRsmart line as a standalone platform and will integrate those applications into Deltek products, including ERP. HRSmart offers its Professional Edition for fewer than 200 employees and Enterprise Series for more than 200 through a channel program that offers both referral and reseller elements. Its Premier Partners include Monster and Empower, not garden variety software resellers. The company's Affiliate program offers members 10-percent to 15-percent commissions on referrals for the Professional edition. Co-founded in 1994 by CEO Mark Hamdan, HRsmart's headquarters are in Richardson, Texas. The company also has an office in Markham, Ontario, Canada, and is soon to open one in Mexico City.
