Well, that was the language of the press release headline, although the body of the message did not elaborate much on that.

Open Systems has acquired Precise Software, which develops applications for the apparel decorating industry. The acquired operations will operate as the Precise Software division. The announcement quoted CEO Michael Bertini, who has not returned a telephone call or email in years.
